My dragon, Dreamfyre, is the second oldest after her, but not as large, no. She is on the smaller side as dragons go, but she is the most beautiful. Although, I fear I am quite biased. She is blue and silver and slender. Flying on her back is one of my greatest joys.
Outside Kelesis, yes. The missing city had a curious effect of bringing to existence what you thought of... and you can imagine what it was that your brother conjured into reality. So, yes, I have seen Vhagar. Touched her, too, which sounds like madness when spoken of like this. I don't believe I have ever seen a more impressive sight.

I can see how that would be the case. However, I believe she is only fearsome if commanded to be... and I have no reason to believe that command would be given. But you're right, he seemed different with her. Almost like I'd never really seen but a part. As for her history... no aside from how he came to claim her.

That would be a fool's though to believe. Vhagar is dangerous, as all dragons are. They can not be fully tamed, even by their own riders. The older ones are more patient, but it's not unheard of for a dragon to kill those they do not deem worthy anymore. My own dragon shot her flames at Aemond for coming too close before. But there is a bond between rider and dragon that is like becoming of one mind. Dreamfyre knows my pain, as I know hers'.
You are correct, however, in that Aemond would not likely give that command, not to you. Not now. [In the future? Who can say. Well, she can say, sometimes, but she doesn't think Silver's in danger any time soon.] Do not betray him and you will have no worry.
